Sophie Clements (b. 1978, UK) is a London based artist whose work occupies a space between filmmaking, sculpture and sound. Her work is involved in documenting a point of change - a transitory state between two absolutes. She was winner of the Jerwood Moving Image Prize and her impressive, large-scale video installations have been seen by hundreds- of-thousands of people around the world, including at the Barbican Centre, London; the Royal Opera House, London; Seoul Museum of Art, Seoul; The National Museum of Contemporary Art, Oslo and V&A Museum, London.
